If parents wants to withdraw his/her child from the school after the completion of one academic year he/she has to submit an application for the same in the prescribed format Every application for a school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parents/guardians in the format given in the diary. The school leaving certificate will not be issued until all the dues are paid. Parents will have to deposit fees till the month that the child studies in the school .If any student wants to change his board then he/ she will have attach a letter from the school in which he is going to take admission as it is necessary for countersign.
The school authorities reserve the right to ask the withdrawal of pupils who are irresponsible either in application or conduct or who do not seem to benefit from their schooling for physical threat to other student of the school.
One clear calendar month's notice in writing or a month's fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a student can be withdrawn. Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
Moral breach considered serious by the school committee.
